Terms

Paying places an order. We confirm it by email, and that email forms the contract. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will say so and refund you in full.

You can order up to 5 at a time. For more, email hello@padelholder.com.

We ship from Lisbon within 3 working days of your payment, by ordinary untracked post, to addresses in the European Union only.

The holder is at our risk until it reaches you. If it has not arrived within 30 days of your order, email us and we will send another one or refund you, whichever you prefer.

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Any clear statement will do: email hello@padelholder.com, or send us this:

I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [number] Padel Holder, ordered [date], received [date]. Name, address, date.

Then send the holder back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage.

A holder engraved with text you gave us at checkout, such as your name, is made to your specification and cannot be returned under this section. A fault is covered either way.

We refund everything you paid, delivery included, within 14 days of the holder reaching us or your proof of posting it, using the same method you paid with. Handling it beyond what is needed to inspect it can reduce what we refund.

If it is faulty or not as described, email us. Your own country’s consumer law entitles you to the repair or replacement you choose, and to your money back if that is not done properly, for at least two years after it arrives.

The price includes any VAT due and delivery, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Stripe takes the payment on its own checkout page, and your card details never reach us. Our privacy notice explains how we use your name, address and email.

Email hello@padelholder.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot, and you bought from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help, free of charge and in your own language.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where the seller is registered. That does not affect the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. The version that applies is the one published when you ordered.
