Padel Holder

Terms of sale

Last updated 8 September 2026.

Who you are buying from

Padel Holder is made by two people in Lisbon, Portugal. The registered details of the seller are being settled and will be published here before any order is taken through this site. Until then, orders are arranged by email at hello@padelholder.com.

What you get, and what it costs

One Padel Holder: a 3D-printed holder that attaches to the back glass of a padel court with a suction cup and holds a phone, in portrait or landscape. It is made by hand in small batches, so the finish varies slightly between units.

The price is €20. Shipping is included, anywhere in the EU. Any VAT due is included as well, and there is nothing to pay on arrival. Your own bank may charge you for converting from euros, which is between you and them.

A phone is not included, and neither is anything to attach the holder to. It needs clean, smooth glass to hold.

Placing an order

Paying places an order. We accept it by emailing you to confirm, and it is that email, not the payment, that forms the contract between us. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because we have run out, we will tell you and refund you in full.

You can order up to five at a time. For more than that, or to sell them on, email us first at hello@padelholder.com: we make these in small batches by hand, and a large order needs planning rather than a checkout.

Delivery

We post from Lisbon within 3 working days of your payment. Delivery is by ordinary post and is not tracked, so there is no number for either of us to follow.

How long ordinary post takes varies too much between EU destinations for us to promise a figure we could keep. What we are bound by, and what we commit to, is the statutory limit: 30 days from your order. If we cannot meet it we will tell you and refund you.

We deliver to the 27 member states of the European Union, and nowhere else.

If it does not arrive

Until the holder is physically in your hands it is at our risk, not yours. If it has not arrived 30 days after your order, email us and we will either send another one or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to prove anything: untracked post was our choice, so its failures are our problem.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the holder, without giving any reason. Tell us by email at hello@padelholder.com, or by sending this back to us in any form you like:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: one Padel Holder. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date.

Then send the holder back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage. We refund the full €20 within 14 days of the holder reaching us, or of your proof of posting it, whichever comes first, using the same payment method you paid with. You are responsible for any loss in value from handling it beyond what you would do in a shop.

If something is wrong with it

Goods sold from Portugal carry a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Decreto-Lei 84/2021. If the holder is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible or not done in reasonable time, to a price reduction or your money back. Tell us within two years of noticing the problem.

Where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you a stronger right than this, that is the one that applies. Nothing here takes away a statutory right.

Not covered: a suction cup that will not hold on dirty, wet, textured or non-glass surfaces, and damage from dropping, sitting on, or driving over the holder.

Paying

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us or this website. What we see is your name, your delivery address and your email, which is what we need to post the holder to you. The privacy notice says what happens to that.

If you want to complain

Email hello@padelholder.com and one of us will answer. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

If that does not resolve it and you bought from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your own country helps with cross-border purchases inside the EU, free of charge: the ECC-Net directory.

These terms

Portuguese law governs this sale. That does not remove the protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, which continue to apply.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered, and the date at the top of this page says when this one was written.
